My name is Charlie Mattox and welcome to Mattox Knife Company. I was born in 1940 and as far back as I can remember I've always loved pocket knives. It's hard to explain but there is just something about them, especially the older knives, that is very special to me. There is a certain magic in holding and looking at an old XX Greenbone or Redbone and wondering where it's been and about the skilled craftsman that slowly made it years ago.

I've been collecting and selling Case pocket knives through mail order and knife shows since 1970 and have developed a very good reputation. I specialize in having clean, good looking knives with pretty handles. I am also a former board member of the National Knife Collectors Association (NKCA). In the future I plan to attend as many shows as possible and look forward to meeting some of you there.
